EZ Scan issue - invalid certificate

Hey guys

Just tried to update my TRX-1 via the EZ-Scan software and it comes up with the following...

"there was an error retrieving version information. The certificate presented by the update site is invalid"

Version 3.35 is what I am using, any ideas as to what I can do please?

#1 You are using the EZ SCAN that works with the TRX-1
#2 You are using the newest version of EZ SCAN Software VERSION 3.40. https://whistlergroup.com/pages/trx-1-downloads-1
#3 The TRX-1 was powered off.

updated to the newer version and works fine thank you

I was having the same problem. Emailed Whistler support and they sent me the email below. Also like Pepperami, once I down loaded the newer version it worked fine.

You have an old version of EZScan and need to redownload the program from our website. https://whistlergroup.com/pages/downloads
We had our web hosting company change security settings and didn't tell us, thus forcing us to rebuild our programs.
