EZ scan software update doesnt update ...

I have version 1:03 of the software EZScan on my laptop. When I check for an upodate, it tells me version 1:05 is available ... so I download it ... and restart the program as instructed.
But when I check again it still says I have version 1:03.
Any thoughts?

i just tried followed all the menus and it updated to 1.05 in less then 5 minutes... everything good here.

not sure try it again and see what it does.

Yup, worked fine for me as well. Windows 7 64 bit.

Maybe you need to be in administrator. Right click on the EZ-Scan software icon and see if you can select run as administrator, then try to update the program.
