Hi chuck. , i chose number 50, as i trying and planning to put different stations all in 1 group , so like say cb put in number 10 , civair, 15, mil in 25 etc, just random numbers, but in a organized file system kinda of thing. Remember those old radios , tandys pro 26s etc, had banks, i would put taxis in 5, air in 6 etc etc...guess cant do that now

That's the beauty of EZ-Scan, you can set it up pretty much as you like. As @N1GAW said, your scan set should read"1-200,SW". You will assign the frequencies the the Scanlist section, as you like, with a maximum of 200 scanlists per Scanset.
You should try to upload your programming to the scanner, to see if that works.

Question? Do you have a TRX-1 or TRX-1E? The TRX-1E has bandplans for the UK. I noticed that you are using TRX-1 EZ Scan. There is also a TRX-1E EZ Scan.

That shouldn't present a big problem in the aviation bands, although I know that Europe rebanded the civil aviation bands in order to get more frequencies. Even if you're slightly off the frequency, the radio should still pick it up.

So, will the radio scan once you have Saved Configuration to the scanner?
To answer this its no , it will not scan as on screen says nothing to scan. a couple of hours ago, i had some mil freqs , then tried a new config, started again, found some diff freqs, did the settings, checked it all and sent to radio.....it finished, and when i checked after, had lost the mil and the new batch of freqs did not go in either

You were adding frequencies in the Conventional Frequency tab, correct? You entered the name in the first column, then the frequency in the second column, Mode should be AM, etc. Make sure the frequencies are in the correct Scanlist, on the extreme right.
In General Settings, the Scanlist you put the frequencies in should be Enabled and for now Default.
