This afternoon, I heard FAA radio techs on 172.950 and 169.350 P25 clear, doing SWR measurements on a mountaintop somewhere local. There were testing freqs 135.325 and 128.450, which are Albuquerque Center freqs for the Prescott area.
Only heard one tech talking on 172.950, did a quick search and found 169.350 with his voice also, but couldn't tell if it was the input to a repeater or simulcasting. Never did hear the other party.
According to SWFD #9, 172.950 is FAA Ch 2, and is paired with 172.150 Ch 9 in the Prescott area.
