Are there any scanners out there that have a Discriminaor Tap as part of the product, not a mod?

If there are, any of those APCO 25 capable?

I have a Pro-92 that has a tap in it. You just connect a wire to it and go. You do have to open the back of the radio up to do this, but you don't have to add capacitors or resistors. I put a jack on the side of mine so I can disconnect the wire when needed.

After doing some more hunting around, I can clarify what I'm looking for.

AOR 8600 has a discriminator output ( not a mod ) and has a P25 card available.
Any other scanners with those attribute, but below the $800.00 mark ?

You can monitor a P25 Control Channel with a PRO96 or 2096 with the programing cable with PRO96COM, no modifications.

Yes, the ICOM PCR-1000 has a "packets" jack on it that is actually a discriminator tap. I think the new PCR-1500 (replacing the 1000) has it also.
