Hello, I recently got a Pro 652 and when I went to upgrade the firmware it did not finish the upgrade. The scanner displayed error please turn off on the bottom line on the screen. Now all the screen reads is:
uP Boot Ver: RF 1.5
uP App Ver: NONE
Wait for PC/IF
When I try again to install the firmware it will initialize but the scanner will read out error please turn off before it completes. I took it to my areas radio shack scanner guru and he was not of much help. He said I needed to re install the software but didn't offer any more assistance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
