Failure updating my bct 15 ~~help!!~~

I attempted to update my BCT 15 and now all it does when I turn on is flash- nothing else!

When attempting to update- I was prompted for a reg. key, (left blank) and then told to use L/O -6- While powering unit, and then got message informing no connection made.

I used BCT 15 Pro no problem, earlier in evening, and have upgraded in past. BTW, I use a USB cable...

PLEASE HELP as this is MY ONLY TRUNKER- and I am flying blind here.

Did you get it updated?

Just got a BCT15 off ebay and was going to update the firmware. Then I saw this thread. I think I'll wait until you tell me what happened. Thanks.
