Does 155.415 have a PL? I seem to be getting some bleed over from a digital channel pretty close.

In all the years I've monitored the Fairbanks Troopers on 155.790 & 155.415 I've never seen a PL used. Sometimes you might see a 'false' hit but it's just that. I think the only frequencies I've seen PL for Troopers are:
155.250 - Car-to-Car (PL103.5) But you might not want to use it since many other agencies and Search & Rescue ops use it WITHOUT a PL.
155.550 - Judicial Service (Base uses PL141.3 and Units use PL103.5) I think this is mostly the Downtown Court for prisoner transport, etc. Again, if you don't need to put a PL, don't use it because I've also heard traffic without PL on that one.
