Fairfax Co. Fire

So, I've been hearing a lot of traffic on Channel 4K tonight, which is unusual. It certainly is not Fairfax County, at least I don't think so. What could it be? It is a fire dept of some sort just not FFX. They talk of switching to channel 1 and 7. I know 1 is Arlington and 7 is Loudoun, but it doesn't sound like them either. Any one else hear this? I think it may be a simulcast or patch-I'm not really sure what either of those really mean anyways- from maryland.

I heard greenbelt mentioned, which I know is in Maryland, and also 42nd Ave.

Why would this all of a sudden end up on FFX Co's trunked system?

Probably just dispatcher training. Today it's on 4G. Loudoun channels are the 6's.
