Fairfax County Fire talkgroups - can't receive?

Looking for some newbie assistance - I have a BCD436HP I am learning how to program. I've got FFX police and fire set up in a favorites list pulled from the database. No problem on the police side. However, on the fire side, the only channel that I can receive traffic on is 4A (dispatch). I cannot receive anything on at least 4B, 4C, 4D, or 4H (those have had known incidents I could listen to via Broadcastify while not picking them up on the scanner). All I did was import these channels from the database as I did all the others, but there must be something I've missed. I've searched online but have come up blank since I'm not sure what the right search terms should be. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Sort of sounds like in service types Fire-Tac is not enabled.

Thank you - that was the clue I needed. I never would have known the scanner shipped with its services disabled.
