What is the deal with channel 4K transmitting PG County Fire calls? Was it a patch left open or something new?

Yes, a patch was left open. Yesterday I heard them finishing an incident with PG around 2:30pm and the chief or whoever told the dispatcher she could end the patch. Never happened.
