Fairfax County Talkgroup Question

Just curious if someone could tell me what the "systems" and "Trot" talkgroups are for?

Are they worth listening to?

From what I've heard, Systems is fire marshals checking building alarm systems. Not used very often as far as I can tell. They like using 4-Ocean instead. TROT is technical rescue operations team. I've only heard one of those channels used on two occasions, both were training drills
