Im hearing winnsboro DPS fine now. i think they were testing encryption. before the encryption started i heard a officer say move the switch on your radio then 100% encrypted. after 2 minutes it came back into the clear. i think they made the abc switch on their moto xts2500's encryption on and off. i also heard it on Fairfield county sheriff 1 but it was only like 3 or 4 units that were encrypted after a few minutes it also came back into the clear.
