Fairfield P.D. (Essex County) "dead" again?

Hey everyone,
So, when I first started, it took me A LOT of help from the people here to finally get Fairfield PD up and running on my Uniden SDS. Been working well for about 8-9 months and now I am hearing absolutely nothing at all again. I know that Fairfield does A LOT of traffic plus, there were 2 or three calls on my street that I never heard come across.
Did FFPD change frequencies or perhaps what simulcast that is used? TIA for any help!

Updated encryption settings for 2 talkgroups for Essex County
i hate to guess, but i think that means fairfield went to full encryption.

2599	a27	TE	Fairfield 1	Fairfield PD Dispatch	Law Dispatch
2601	a29	TE	Fairfield 2	Fairfield PD Tac	Law Tac

the TE under mode means fulltime encryption.

It's GTR8000, and send me a PM for what? The Fairfield PD talkgroups in Essex County on the NJICS system are clearly marked as full time encryption, just as the change log you posted shows.
