Did Fairview FD change dispatch services from Collin County recently? Are they being dispatched by Wylie FD now?

Did Fairview FD change dispatch services from Collin County recently? Are they being dispatched by Wylie FD now?

This was noted over on the DFWScan Yahoo group.

Fairview FD did move. They are now on PAWM. the digital system for Plano, Allen, Wylie, & Murphy.
Plano, Allen, Wylie, Murphy (PAWM) P25 Trunking System, Plano/Allen, Texas - Scanner Frequencies
Their talkgroups are listed on the system.
There was also a comment (unconfirmed as far as I've seen) that Wylie would be handling the dispatching.
