FAQ enhancements

I just completed a major set of additions to all our scanner FAQs as well as to our articles on simulcast distortion and location based scanning. Where it's available, I have added video links to Bing, Scanner Master, Scanner School, YouTube and ZipScanners. This should help when we have folks saying they want to see a video on 'topic x' (insert topic here).

As always if you know of additional sources of scanner related videos that might fit in our FAQs, feel free to add them

[edit] I forgot to mention that we now also have RadioReference searches based on software such as Sentinel, EZ-Scan and ARC500 where it's appropriate

I thought I was done, but evidently not. Both the Bearcat Warehouse and Boy with a Scanner sites have a huge amount of SDS100 and 200 information that I will need to add to that FAQ. But if you're interested now, do a search on their YouTube channels and see what I mean
