Farmington PD

I was wondering if anyone knows the frequency for the city of Farmington PD. I already have Farmington Hills PD, just wanted to know Farmington PD frequency.

They are on Oakland County's CLEMIS Radio system, which uses the OpenSky format. Sadly, there is no scanner manufactured at this time that can decode this format.

Is that system finally up and running? I didn't think it was.

No. Only certain tower sites are online at this time. Farmington PD, was the initial test for the system and everything went a OK, so they are moving on to include the rest of the county. However, its anyone's guess as to when the new TRS will be fully operational?

Yea, its quite sad that we've all bought $200-ish scanners, and with this new system will all be trash. I really hope the system get delayed a lot more. I know an officer in Farmington and she uses the radio system everyday and it works everywhere, except on scanners.
