What do their car antennas look like now? on the roof top? or on the trunk lid with or without a coil at the base?

After my recent trip back up to Farmington, I found that they still use the original channel. I guess when I was listening last time nothing was going on... It was strange.

My source tells me they are testing the secure encrpytion channel on and off for channel 1 in and out. Also testing digital transmissions. Possible you missed using old scanner?
