Anyone getting anything form this fire? I don't listen to Davis county much. What frequencies are active? what about any BLM or FS support? Anyone hearing air ops?

Most of the comms are on TG 10752. Just caught aircraft on 122.850.

Thanks, I guess I may set up a Davis county bank in my scanner finally. What site can be best received from the West Valley area? and is that TG associated on the SLC site 03?

Hey Viper, I am in West valley also and I am monitoring site 2 (Davis) and site 10 (Davis Landfill) both are strong here at 3100 s. 4000 w.

now I feel like the man with two watches. I have one radio running Trunker on the Davis Co UCAN 867.8375, and a BC296D programmed with the same system. The 296 is stopping on TG's that are not appearing on trunker. Both radios are useing the same control channel, and should show the sameTG's. Strange.

I have been listening to Davis County for a couple of years and I am shocked, shocked I tell ya, that such hard core scanner types as you guys have not had them active on your scanners too! I have UCAN site 02 programmed into my scanners and I get very good reception from my home at about 5200 West 4900 South.

I also have Weber County (UCAN site 01) programmed in and it is always good for interesting listening, especially the Ogden PD. I can also monitor Box Elder County SO on this site.

LOL, Yeah... sometimes Salt Lake County can be too much alone. I did hear Davis on the SLC site 3 so it is affiliated. I suppose I need to add a bank for Davis (at least the "hot" channels)
