Some stores used to have a menu board frequency on a different band.

Eg 154.600 might be paired with a low band freq in the 33-39 Mhz area I think.
Could be why you only hear one side.

I fixed how I have it written.

464 is the person who takes the order’s headset.

469 is the order screen. Sorry not a “window.” It’s an actual screen. Sometimes they do “pay at first window.” And in that case, either the total is on the screen, or they have a listen-only headset.
