Download the public version from DSDPlus – Digital Decoder, and then open the archive and read DSDPlus.txt, which is included in the distribution. The procedure for getting on the Fast Lane release is discussed at the bottom of the DSDPlus.txt file.

You don't. DMR isn't supported.

Unfortunately none of that makes any sense.... DMR and P25 have absolutely nothing to do with EDACS. They are all completely different technologies.
