Cement truck flipped over on a small suv with a driver inside...Accident is on I-70 Eastbound near the Clay/Putnam county line at the 30 Milemarker..Eastbound and westbound lanes has been closed in both directions. Medical helicopter has been called to the scene. One person is dead at the scene. Radio traffic is on safe-t talkgroup 4272. ISP 53 Disp. Tues 6-26-12 4:30PM.
