Fatal Mva S Of Charlestown

PI accident on Rt340 S of Charles Town at the Virginia Line. One vehicle on it's side. Jefferson and Clarke Counties responding/on scene. Traffic on Fire Command 1. RT 340 shut down. There is another accident on Wiltshire Rd. This is on Jeff Fire Tac 1. The one on Rt 340 first reported as possible fatal. Conflicting comms-about whether fatal or not. Another Deputy involved on accident-believe the one on Wiltshire RD. Rescue responding for Deputy. Helo requested for Rt 340 incident. This is located in VA. VSP will be handling.

Update on this incident FWIW, aparently two males did not make it out alive and obvioulsy this did occur in Jefferson County contrary to what was heard on the radio.

I was listening to that one as well, freqs both from Clarke Co VA & Jefferson WV. Both claimed at first it was in thier first due, then backed off the claim. I knew it was close to the line. And after listening to radio traffic & the TV3Winchester report, I think it began in Va and slid in WV. I noticed a newspaper story that VSP was assisting in the investigation as well.
