BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Favorite List Scan Issue

I setup a favorite list that contains 3 systems. When I select the list it only scans one of the 3 systems. If I avoid the one system its scanning it says "Scan Mode Nothing to Scan"

Firmware and database are up to date.

I called tech support after 40 minutes they answered and said they don't know. I wiped the memory several times but still had the problem when I made a new favorites list. I did a fresh install of the sentinel program on another computer, made my favorites list and now it works.

Could you save your Favorites List as an HPE file, then zip it and post it. Perhaps a look at it might discover the issue.

Most likely it will be a very small problem easily solved. There are just so many things to check, however.
