Favorites List Location Scan

I can help with a couple of your questions.

The opening screen message is a Profile setting. You cannot change any Profile settings in ARC. Profiles can only be edited with Sentinel.

When you write to your scanner in ARC, a pop-up winodw appears. In that window, there is a Check Box "Enable GPS Location Control". You would check that box to turn on Location Control for the Favorites List, and then continue with the write process.

I can't find anything in ARC dealing with rectangles on Favorites Lists. All I'm seeing is circles. One point for the center and then the radius.

Rectangles

Under the system then under sites and then the General Tab there is a place to change it from Circle to Rectangles. This the first time I've done an attachment so I apologize for the size of the images.

I see where you are stumped, however. You might post this question in the Scanner Programming software forum. This one is for Uniden software, and I doubt Gommert from Butel watches it much.
