Fayetteville, AR - New public safety system??

It would appear that the public safety radio system for Fayetteville, Arkansas, has been upgraded. I'm not certain of this, but I do know the old system is now offline. My understanding is they planned to move to an ASTRO 25 LE simulcast radio system, a digital trunking system. Unfortunately, I don't have a digital scanner to test my theory and see if this is what actually happened.

Has anyone heard anything in regards? I guess I'm going to have to pony up for a good digital scanner now.
