Nope. Only you, listening and hearing them name the channel / Zone and/or Site name will
actually know/determine the location - and with many of the Zones being Wide Area
you may only be listening to One of 5+ sites and hear them say "Reading" but you are on the Pittsburgh freq as a hobbyist

A - Admin - usually in/around the Field Office City/Town
then B/C would be the RA's
D - Nationwide Common
E/F/G etc for each of the RA's of combination of RA's to cover the entire FO Region
