FCC Callsign Mapping

I rolled out out Google maps integration with the FCC callsign database - this significantly improves the performance of FCC callsign mapping functions.

This is an example of a wide area EDACS system callsign. Zoom out to see all licenses. Drag the map to move it... etc.

I'll be making significant improvements to this over time... so stay tuned.
