Hello everyone, just went to pay for my radio club membership and sumarily got an email back saying my membership is DENIED. The stated reason was NO VALID FCC LICENSE. I thought, there's no way, this has to be a mistake. So I went to the FCC ULS and ran my call sign and it came back NO MATCH. I ran my FRN and it came back to me but it didn't show any licenses. About 90 minutes later, I ran it again and voila, my license popped right up. But now I have to go through reapplying to PAPA System and explaining myself. PAPA hasn't really responded and I'm starting to feel like I got scarlett lettered.

Has anyone else had an issue with this? Is this a common thing or was it just me?

Thanks

Worked fine for me, but remember the FCC website is terrible and everyone seems to complain about it.

We don't send relatives and friends of those running the country 'money for nothing and chicks for free'.

It's a website designed, published and run by the federal government. What more do you need to know?

NO it is not actually run by the federal government.
The actual programming is handled by a lowest bidder contractor.
You get what you pay for.
