The past few days seems the FCC License been down not sure if a server went out or a major maintenance going on? Even the grants section are having same issue.

Seems to be that way quite often. You can use the same FCC database by going to their website (License Search) directly.
The FCC database loads direct from ULS are currently corrupted and not returning all the data. We’re aware of the issue and waiting for the FCC to fix the problem.

My guess is the weekly Land Mobile Private licensees dump file got corrupted. Hopefully the will get it corrected in the next weeks run. It’s missing a number of the critical table dumps In this last week, and there is no real way contact the FCC. There’s probably some single dude on vacation who runs this problem and is at his kids parent’s weekend.
I might need to consider saving and versioning a few weeks of these files just in case this happens again so we could revert back.

Looks like the FCC got things fixed this morning. We're loading the database back up now. I would expect we'll back back up and running by 1030 AM CT.
