FCC licensing

Hello.
Can anyone tell me what radio license I need to have to build my own am/fm receivers???
Does anyone know about the m01bt decoder??

You don't need a license to build receivers. You don't need a license to build transmitters. You do need a license to transmit.

There will be a hamfest in Lynnville (northeast of Evansville) this Saturday morning. Feel free to stop by and get some exposure to the radio hobby.

I looked up "m01bt decoder" and it looks like it's a low power bluetooth device. Don't think you need any license to built one unless you want to build them to sell. I think devices like that only need to meet the FCC requirements for sale.
