"...an agent ...observed staff persons at "The Meadows at Middlesex" golf course using handheld marine radios...on the frequency 156.425 MHz (channel 68). The Commission's records show that no license was issued for operation on 156.425 MHz at this location in Plainsboro, New Jersey."

"You are hereby warned that operation of radio transmitting equipment without a valid radio station authorization..."

But if they ASKED for a license so they could operate their GOLF COURSE on marine channels, they'd probably be laughed at.

They have to use verbiage of that type just to be legal.
