FD probably in New Jersey operating on 151.0625 mhz?

I tried researching this frequency, but can't find the info.
An FD, probably in New Jersey, can be heard clearly on 151.0625 mhz in Westchester County, NY.
Would anyone know who this is? Thanks.

What PL/DPL is being received? Did you check in CT also? Ansonia FD in New Haven is licensed for that frequency.
