FDK ATC-720 SkyVoice Humming

Hi All

Please can anyone advise why I get humming and inaudible radio signals when I use my FDK ATC-720 SkyVoice?

I have changed all the electrolytic capacitors but still I get noise.

Is this a RadioShack product?
If this radio is AC powered then it may be a grounding problem.

What is the sensitivity spec's of the radio?
Could you possibly be picking up harmonics ?
