FDNY Queens Dispatch Audio fluctuations

Since last night, there seems to be volume fluctuations on the Queens frequency. Dispatcher will come in low at times, then high all of sudden. Same dispatcher but the same thing happens on rotating dispatchers too. Field units come in normal though.

Anybody else noticing this?

Same thing with Staten Island , in the last 2 months lots of problems sometimes they shut down and move over too one of the city wide channels, maybe some kind of a upgrade coming
