Fyi.

They changed zone B on our radios at some point. This is for the XTS3500 radios used by firefighters

B1 TO B4 SAME A ZONE A
B5 UCALL 40
B6 UCALL 40D
B7 UTAC 41
B8 UTAC 41D
B9 UTAC 42
B10 UTAC 42D
B11 UTAC 43
B12 UTAC 43D
B13 BLANK
B14 BLANK
B15 BLANK
B16 EMERGENCY SAME.AS ZONE.À

Thanks for the update Tommy, UTAC 40-43 are designated repeater pairs, do you know if this will be repeated fireground and if the D means digital or direct?

In the standardized national interop channel naming, D is for Direct.
I would hope these are not being used as fire ground channels for normal operations. They are FCC designated for interoperability purposes

These are for mutal aide/ interop

We don't have sop's for them, our books don't even show them in our radios.
Found them by.accident, they also seem to.be programed as wide instead of narrow.

Database updated, however the UCALL and UTAC frequencies will not be added since they are already in the Nationwide Interop section of the database. I did add a note in the Fireground (Handhelds) subcategory indicating what the new Zone B lineup is, however.
