Fed + Deschutes freq

Thank goodness for Freescan, sheesh.
Otherwise, I'd still just be staring at my scanner, wondering what to do.
So, I noticed when uploading data that the RR database doesn't list, or I didn't look in the right spot, OR Fed agency info, eg, FEMA, InteragencyFire, NTSB, etc..
Nor is there any listed for the Fed agencies in Deschutes county or Sunriver airport.
But I do see them listed in NWFD.
Is it available on the web or do I need to program in manually?

Well, FEMA has a bunch of national allocations. NTSB has like 4 frequencies that are nationwide.

No I hadn't til now, thanks.
but it still only lists some vs. a those list in NWFD.
Can I cutNpaste the frequencies listed there on Wiki, w/ freescan?

newbie in central oregon (bend)

I live in central Oregon, just got a new bc346xt trunking scanner and dont know how to use it yet. I downloaded the freescan software, and am also confused by this. I have not yet obtained a premium subscription, but i plan to in the next couple of weeks. could anyone help me with helps/hints/tips on how to program my scanner? Do i REALLY NEED a prem subscription? Thanks
