Thanks for the info puzzleriddle will have to print it out. Found the 166 freq by scanning the band. Also I can hear the air unit good only on the 166 freq and hear the ground units good only on the 165 freq here in Phenix City.

From what I have heard so far on this freq. I think it is the Farley Nuclear plant near Dothan. What I hear in the clear is everyone shooting the bull with each other about were there going after work or were they been.
Heres what I have heard in the past few days.
167.5375 P25 FBI In clear- Unit called this Delta Net 6. Lead unit said he was going back to there office in Columbus Ga.
167.3125 P25 FBI In clear- Unit were watching a stolen car.
165.2375 PL 100 CBP In clear- A Omaha unit (air unit) was leaving the Valdosta Ga. office to meet a agent in Atlanta.
166.4375 PL 100 CBP In clear- Unit called this Net1 Tac1 X-ray unit calling Bravo and then they were back to there office in Columbus Ga.

At approx. 1335HRS (1835 GMT) was picking up ENC traffic on 167.5625MHz, which has been shown to be FBI D-4.
There was also a lot of static, perhaps far away unit etc. but I could have sworn I heard one or two words in the "clear" between all the static...

I've occasionly been getting some weak hits on this in Jackson County, MS for a while now. No idea of it's location though. Starting out here for a "call to arms" to zero in on it's location. LOL Given my location, the first suspect is Mobile Regional (MOB) so anyone in Mobile Co. that can add this to their scanlists and report...?
