170.9000 - P25, sounds like surveillance.... Or maybe not? The units are talking about moving around. One of them is in Elmhurst Qns and I'm able to recieve this loud and clear on the UWS so I'm assuming this is a repeater?

406.5000 - P25 LNK (Murphy's Law)

166.3750 - Sounds like postal workers

166.3750 is USPS Truck Maintenance.

164.3375 on DPL251 is also USPS, Brooklyn Control.

Not sure what 406.5000 or 170.9000 is. Do you have a CT on those?

The only FED (FBI) freqs. I know are 168.8250, 170.4250, and 170.4500 - all P25, but when I get hits on those frequencies, they're always scrambled.

170.9 is FBI C5, I've also heard in the clear often...

406.5 is part of the Bureau of Prisons Metro Detention Center in Brooklyn. That system is in the RR database.

I just got a hit on FBI C5 - they were talking about a car dealership scam. Interesting...

I heard the car dealership and also what sounded like some immigrations stuff.

I'll add the freq to my records tonight. If anyone would like to help me further complete my record of the FBI bandplan, I'd be very greatful.

I had FBI C-5 as 170.950, or do I have it mislabeled?
