Has anyone ever heard a peep on the Fed interop freqs (radio testing, etc)?

My guess is that these are available, but simply are not part of a well established protocol, much like the 8-CALL, 8-TAC freqs. Would be interesting to know if they were a portion of the freqs programmed into radios brought South for Katrina (although apparently not ever used for multiple reasons).
