please note that this is PRE-RELEASE. i am doing this pre-release because of monday's storm we will be getting. this is the final revision, except that baltimore co, mont co, and pg co are not in their respective banks yet (i havent finished them).

here are the banks as follows

0 - US GOVT (FEMA, FT MEADE, DISASTER NET)
1 - STATE OF MD (MEMA, SHA, MSP) & BGE
2 - A. A. CO. & BWI (yes, i know some of you will hate this)
3 - BALT CITY
4 - BALT CO (NOT FINISHED!!!)
5 - HARFORD CO
6 - HOWARD CO
7 - MONT CO & PG CO (NOT FINISHED!!!)
8 - WASH DC FIRE
9 - WASH DC PD/NEWS & MEDIA
