I picked up some federal surveillance on FBI B3/4 in the UWS area. It was all in the clear, no P25 and I lost reception on the pursuing car after it left about 15-25 blocks from my apartment. I do have a long recording of it but posting it or a transcript of it might put me in hot water. Basically, I think there was some kind of a drug deal being monitored. The transmission lost reception after they started tailing a car that was supposedly going to pick up money. Pictures were also being taken of people. Anyone think this was something other than drugs? The UWS isn't that kind of neighborhood.

That's funny.
As a NCer I have no idea what the UWS is (maybe upper west side?) but drug deals/dealers can be anywhere and EVERYWHERE. Not everyone has an expensive house by working a legit job
