Fed Trunking in Iowa?

Hi Neighbors,

Down in KC we are trying to ID some distant 400 mhz federal trunked systems that skip in from time to time, does anyone know of any federal systems in use in Iowa?

Some Federal Buildings and Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Iowa may
be using 400 Mhz Trunked in Iowa. The Iowa National Guard might even be a user.

How about Fort Riley, Fort Leavenworth and the Leavenworth Federal Prison?
