Put up a federal (law enforcement) feed, and you're very likely to get a 'request' to take it down. Ignore that, and you'd best have a LOT of money, and a very good lawyer, on tap.
Whether or not they actually have the legal right to force you to take it down, they have the (tax) money and staff lawyers to break you in court long before you could reach the point of the courts telling them to get lost, it's legal. If it is.
Secondarily, any such action is a large red flag to the agency being retransmitted to 'encrypt all your communications, NOW.' Not what we'd like to encourage.
