I responded to a helicopter crash last night on the "flight-line" of NAS North Island. Heartland Fire dispatched Coronado Medic 39 to an "aircraft crash" on the base, and told them the incident was working on Federal Fire "Command 1". I searched the database, and found Federal Fire Command 1 as a talkgroup on a 400MHz system. I entered the frequencies, but heard nothing, not even a control channel. The database has no information on the supposed new 380 P25 system. Fortunately, the Federal Fire Chief came up on Heartland and asked for an 800 command and tac channel, as well as a BC, telling the dispatcher that they needed the experience of another chief, so I was able to monitor them on 3F and 3G.

Out of curiosity, what "Command 1" were they working on?

Wirelessly posted (Opera/9.80 (Android 4.0.4; Linux; Opera Mobi/ADR-1212030829) Presto/2.11.355 Version/12.10)

Could it be National interagency fire Command 1 on 168.700?

No wonder I couldn't find it, i was pecking away at my laptop while I was driving, hard to do in depth research that way!

Does this system also cover Meeruhmar and Camp Peniltin?
