I've stumbled upon the above frequency used in P25 mode. Heard some activity pertaining to the LA area as well as someone saying "San Diego, this is LA. Radio check on group 7". Any ideas on who I might be hearing? Sounds like Law Enforcement and sounds like a repeater situated perhaps at Blue Ridge.
