Federal freqs. for Cleveland area

Anybody know if federal frequencies (DEA, FBI, Security, etc.) in the Cleveland (NE Ohio) have switched to P25 digital (380 -400 Mhz), or if they are still using the old analog 405-420 Mhz band? I just bought a GRE PSR-500.

172.325 is always active in unencrypted analog mode

The DHS FPS Cleveland repeater is P25 now on 407.0000 MHz with a NAC of 201. The TSA repeater at Hopkins is also P25 and on 172.9000 MHz with NAC 001.
