Federal Monitoring on a trip up the Parkway

I took a trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway today from the NC line to the end of the parkway at I-64. I kept my BCD996T searching the 162-174 range most of the trip and came up with this log. I can't decode NAC's with the scanner, so if I listed a NAC it's because I plugged one into my XTS and it unmuted the audio properly..

163.0875 P25 - 909 calling Dispatch requesting a backboard, possibly a VA hospital? Milemarker 108.
173.5875 P25 - 100 calling Base talking about "RBS Inc" and a package and construction. Both parties had a radio ID of 1. Milemarker 95.
168.7625 P25 - USMS mostly encrypted, seems to be linked to 163.675 P25. Milemarker 95.
163.675 P25 - USMS mostly clear, some encryption and linked to 168.7625. Milemarker 89.
166.900, 172.650, 171.700 NAC 4F9 - Shenandoah National Park Repeaters. Milemarker 20.
171.625 P25 - Voice traffic. Milemarker 11.
163.5125 P25 - Voice Traffic. Milemarker 5.
170.875 - Sounds like a weak control channel, heard in Verona.

If anyone can confirm some of these from their logs it would be great.

ICE Network. ICE uses One Common input with Multiple Outputs for a Wide-Area Network, each Rptr has it's own unique Output NAC

This one might have 8-10 Rptrs for VA / DC and MD

168.7625 P25 - USMS mostly encrypted, seems to be linked to 163.675
163.675 P25 - USMS mostly clear, some encryption and linked to 168.7625. Milemarker 89.

Yeah I determined that on the way home, using NAC 293.

I also was able to confirm P25 voice traffic on 163.5125 near Milemarker 5 on the parkway. It sounded like a unit requesting a supervisor, and then the conversation went to encrypted.

Also copied P25 voice traffic briefly on 172.2125, all encrypted.

I also heard 169.575 PL 103.5 on the way home, units checking in service with MDC signaling.

166.200 was about half scale in Roanoke with analog voice traffic, but no PL heard.
