I do a lot of searching, give a listen to these guys after 11 pm if you're near Keasby, Perth Amboy, Woodbridge etc. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

That should be 452.1625. They have a 5 channel plan in their radios, and "all hell breaks loose" aka normal operations normally around 7 pm and continues all through the night. I find these channels better listening than some of the public safety stuff out there.
