Feed Archives Time Zone?

What time zone are feed Archives in? The time here is currently 2:38 pm ET and the most recent feed archives read 1:33-1:43 pm. Does that mean they are in central time? Or is the archive just an hour behimd?

They use the feed's local time zone, which is stated at the top of the archive pages...for example...

All archive times are in the feed's local broadcast time zone (America/New_York).
